and around our Lodge.
There is fishing,
boating, jet skiing,
golf cart rentals, canoe
rental, paddle boat
rental, pontoon boat
rentals and swimming.
You will also be able to
take full advantage of
the wilderness with a
NEW hike and bike trail.
There are great firework
festivities on 4th of
July, put on by Hell's
Gate. |

200hp will hold 11-15ppl.

Boat will
be full of gas and must be
brought back full of gas and
cleaned out of any trash and
food.
Required Boat Permit
Beginning January 1,
2006, the Brazos River Authority
implemented a Water Recreational
Permit for all watercraft on
Possum Kingdom Lake. The permit
applies to all watercraft
requiring state registration.
Water Permit Fees:
Annual: $50/Over 65 or active
duty/retired with proper ID $35
Daily: $5
3-Day: $12
5-Day: $20
Permits will be sold at local
vendors, Chamber of Commerce and
the Brazos River Authority Lake
Office. Daily permits are also
available in 24-hour dispensers
at the Public Boat Ramp, South
D&D Public Use Area and West
Side Park.
The permit must be on the
watercraft at all times and
presented to Law Enforcement
Officer upon request. A fine of
up to $500 for failure to comply
will be enforced.
All proceeds will support the
recreational program at Possum
Kingdom Lake. |
